BAGEL STAND BEGINNINGS

Pastimes was started in 2017, and we began doing BYO bagels in a small 10x10 tent in the summer of 2019. We first sold sammies at local farmers markets, before moving to a beer store parking lot. Then we were able to build a food trailer in 2021, and focus on weekly local events and festivals.

OUR STORY

HOW A CATERING ORDER WORKS:

  • 1.

    Once we confirm a guest count, we send over menu options to build your catering order from. You get to select your two bagel options, sauces, cheeses, produce, and proteins.

  • 2.

    Once the menu and guest count are confirmed, we print out small hole punch order cards to match your custom menu and give you those at the beginning of the event.

  • 3.

    We set up for 1-2 hours, and guests can bring their hole punched order card up to the window and will receive their sandwich in 2-5 minutes!

BREAKFAST CATERING FAQ:

What is your minimum catering order?

We have a $600 minimum for any catering order. The pricing of each guest falls between $13-$16 depending on the selected menu options.

How far will you go?

We're based in Lakewood, Ohio and will go as far as 40 minutes from Downtown Cleveland.

Do you also offer coffee?

We offer drink packages wthat can range from orange juice, to a full coffee & espresso menu.

How long do you serve?

Typical catering order run 1-2 hours with a 1/2 hour setup and tear down time.

Do you offer Gluten Free options?

Aboslutely! We order gluten-free bagels and can add a specific number to your order based on estimated gluten-free guests.
